1. Order Processing & Verification

Fulfillment Window: Once your order is placed, it is securely verified and sent to our brand partners for preparation within 1 to 3 business days.

Tracking Notification: As soon as the brand package is handed to the courier, you will receive an automated shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number and tracking links.
2. Estimated Shipping & Delivery Times
Because we work with a network of premium brands, shipping timelines depend on the location of the brand's warehouse and your delivery address.

Standard Insured Shipping: 3 to 10 business days for most domestic and regional shipments.

Holiday & Peak Seasons: During high-demand periods (such as Christmas, Mother's Day, and Valentine's Day), please allow an additional 3 to 5 business days due to high courier volumes globally.
Note: If you purchase multiple items from different brands within a single checkout, your items will arrive in separate packages at slightly different times. This ensures each product is packed perfectly by the brand itself.
3. Shipping Rates & Delivery Tiers
We offer tiered shipping options at checkout to fit your needs. Please note that the shipping rates listed below apply exclusively to our Hong Kong customers:

4. Full Shipment Tracking
Every parcel dispatched on behalf of Maison Gift Shop is fully tracked.

Please allow 24 to 48 hours after receiving your tracking code for the courier's system to update the initial scans online.
5. Delays, Lost, or Missing Packages
We want your gifting experience to be seamless. In the rare event that a package encounters delivery issues:

Delivered But Missing: If your tracking states "Delivered" but you cannot locate the package, please check with neighbours, property building managers, or safe places around your home. Next, contact the local courier branch immediately.

Lost in Transit: If a package is officially deemed lost by the courier network prior to delivery, Maison Gift Shop will personally step in to resolve the issue for you. We will coordinate with our brand partners to initiate a official claim investigation and work diligently to issue you a prompt replacement or refund.
6. Incorrect Address Policy
It is the buyer's responsibility to provide an accurate delivery address at checkout.

Once an order has been picked and processed by our brand partners, we cannot alter the courier route, and Maison Gift Shop cannot be held financially responsible for packages sent to an incorrect address provided by the customer.
